Lisa Meredith Fentress, is originally from Toledo, Ohio and moved to Florida in 1991. Ms. Fentress earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geology in 1984 from the College of Wooster in Ohio. Lisa began her career in finance and received the Series 7 and 63 licenses with Legg Mason in 1999. Prior to being licensed under Securities America, Inc., she was a financial advisor and an investment advisor representative for Wachovia Securities, LLC since March 2000 where she earned her series 65 license and the AAMS - Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation. Formerly, Lisa was an investment advisor representative of Coulter Financial Advisors, Inc. She has been a registered representative of Securities America, Inc. and a registered investment advisor representative of Securities America Advisors, Inc since April 2007. Ms. Fentress earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional from the College for Financial Planning on February 3, 2010.

Ms. Fentress is registered as a General Securities Representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She is also licensed to sell variable life and annuity products, as well as health, disability and long-term care insurance.

Additionally, Ms. Fentress was a private school science teacher and an athletic director in Connecticut and Florida from 1984-1996. As Head of the Science Department at St. Michael’s School in Stuart she was awarded Most Outstanding Science Teacher in 1996 from Martin County. Athletically, Lisa remains an avid tennis player. She continues her interest in science and child services through her volunteer work on the Planned Giving Councils with The Scripps Research Institute, the Children’s Home Society and Place of Hope where she was honored in 2013 as an Outstanding Angel Mom.
