Financial planning is a lifelong process, not a one-time event. When you engage in a relationship with a financial advisor, how do you know they will take into account all your life experiences, goals, and dreams and not just see you as a number? It’s important to work with someone you can trust, who will take the time to get to know you and build a long-term relationship so they can create a customized plan that holistically addresses all your financial and personal goals and dreams.
At Cedar Brook Group, we prioritize creating a financial plan that reflects your ideal self rather than just focusing on numbers. This idea is at the heart of what we have termed The Humanity Factor. We feel so strongly about this idea, and saw a need to share it with others in our field, that we decided to write a book on the subject. So, what is The Humanity Factor and how does it apply to you? Keep reading to learn more about my new book and where to find it.
What Is The Humanity Factor?
Financial planning involves so much more than numbers. It can be tough to make highly personal decisions when the conversations aren’t directly focused on you. That’s why you need The Humanity Factor. This principle encompasses our belief that financial planning should honor you. It should celebrate your past experiences and propel you toward a happy and fulfilling life. The Humanity Factor focuses on your strengths, guiding you through a personalized, step-by-step process for financial planning. By following this process, you can come away with a confident plan for your retirement and a new perspective on who you are and what you want out of life.
This book can help you define and pursue your dreams for the future. It introduces you to an accessible, achievable, personalized process that allows you to be open, vulnerable, and honest about your fears and insecurities. The Cedar Brook Group, a team for high-net-worth individuals and families, designed this unique approach, which starts with what matters: the people and things you care about most.
The Humanity Factor book is now available on Amazon starting September 19th, 2023. Check it out and let us know what you think!
