Cassie joined Cedar Brook in 2022, and is a Client Service Associate working with David Robertson.  In this role, Cassie helps oversee all aspects of David’s practice focusing on ensuring client service excellence.  She is dedicated to maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Prior to joining Cedar Brook, Cassie was a client care specialist with JP Morgan Chase & Co. in the mortgage business unit. Some of her previous experience includes eighteen years of customer service experience, fifteen years of administrative/research skills and nine years of audit and analysis.

Cassie attended Cuyahoga Community College. She resides in North Ridgeville with her son, Jameson, and their dog Milo.
