Will Glubiak has been a part of the Cedar Brook Group family for many years and has performed a wide variety of duties. Will started out on an “as needed” basis, helping with special office projects, assisting with company and client events, and often lending a hand with filing and data entry projects. Will started working regularly in 2013, one or two days per week, and officially joined the Cedar Brook Staff in January of 2016 as our Manager of Support. Will now works four days a week and is responsible for a large array of tasks. Will is extremely detail oriented, is always willing to jump in whenever and wherever needed, and possesses superior customer service skills. On any given day you might find Will welcoming guests, sorting the mail, filing, stocking supplies, taking inventory, or ensuring that the office is always neat and clean.

Before joining the Cedar Brook Group, Will worked at Two Café and Boutique as a server, dishwasher, and cashier. Will has been involved with the Julia Billiart School for many years, where he brings one of his Golden Doodles, Delbert, to work with the kids as a therapy dog. Beatrice, his second Golden Doodle, gets to sleep in the principal’s office while Delbert is hard at work.

Will lives in Chagrin Falls with his parents. He has two older brothers who now live out of state. Will enjoys long walks and bike riding around his neighborhood. He loves to travel and visit family in Boston, Vermont, and Florida. Will is a real fashionista, he enjoys clothes shopping, and is always professional and put together. One of Will’s favorite things in the world is helping people and making them feel welcome.
